SMP N 1 Tabanan Get Gold Medal

SMP N 1 Tabanan as one of RSBI school has get many achivment from many competition event . Putu Ivan Budi Gunawan as the SMP N 1 Tabanan students’a wins many competition events in regional, national, and also international.  

After success got silver medal in 7^th International Junior Olimpiad in Abuja, Nigeria, Putu Budi Ivan Gunawan had join “The 2^nd National Sience Camp 2011” which was held by RSBI School Central for Indonesia and succeed achive a gold medal. This event done in Surabaya, Tuesday (11/1) until Thursday (13/1) later and involved 300 RSBI school from entire Indonesia, each school fight for gold, silver, and bronze medal for English, Math, Physics, and Biology. All of this prestation gain because of supports from all side, start from teacher, students parents, committee and Tabanan Goverment Region.

Principal of SMP N 1 Tabanan, Dewa Nyoman Sarjana and vice principal of SMP N 1 Tabanan, gave their appreciation to all part with all suports and aid all time. “I wish that more achivments will be achived by other students for next time” Mr. Sarjana said on His spech on “Coming Back Ivan Ceremonial” in SMP N 1 Tabanan.

Win The IT Competition

SMP N 1 Tabanan has win the IT Competition Contest on October 2010, in Singaraja, Bali. The competition was held by IT and Robotic Fiesta 2010 Singaraja.

Many students were join this competition from elementary school until senior high school in Bali. The competition that held were Robotic competition for gare 3 – 6 elementary school students. Ms Word, Ms Excel and Ms. Powerpoint for junior high school and senior high school. In this competition SMP N 1 Tabanan got 4 medal, for 2 subjects. The students named Agung Pratama and Diska Radisti as the first and second winner for Ms. Excel. Also Satria Adiwijaya and Nia Sari Devi as the second and third winner for Ms. Powerpoint.

“This competition suported by Fitkom Platinum is very good for education because, from this competition can increase the students motivation in learning IT,” said the Leader LPK Widya Manggala Robotic Education Center when the competition finished.
